RATIFICATION OF LOAN DOCUMENTS AND COLLATERAL. The Loan Documents are hereby ratified and affirmed by Borrower and will remain in full force and effect as modified herein, and as those Loan Documents may have been amended, restated or otherwise modified. Each reference in any Loan Document to the Credit Agreement and any other Loan Document will be a reference to the Credit Agreement and such other Loan Document as modified by this Amendment or as otherwise restated, amended or modified.
