Common use of Ratification of Note Agreements Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Note Agreements. Except as herein expressly provided, each of the Note Agreements is in all respects ratified and confirmed. If and to the extent that any of the terms or provisions of the Note Agreements is in conflict or inconsistent with any of the terms or provisions of this Consent and Amendment, this Consent and Amendment shall govern.
