Common use of RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in certain Perfection Certificates, each dated as of February 18, 2010, each as modified by written disclosures made by Borrower to Bank through and including the date hereof, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information above Borrower provided to Bank in each such Perfection Certificate, as modified through the date hereof, remains true and correct in all material respects as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificates, each Certificate dated as of February 18September 21, 20102006, each as modified updated pursuant to Schedule A of that certain Ninth Loan Modification Agreement by written disclosures made by and between Borrower and Bank dated as of January 29, 2007 and as further updated pursuant to Bank through and including the date hereofSchedule A attached hereto, and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information above Borrower provided to Bank in each such the Perfection Certificate, as modified through the date hereof, remains true and correct in all material respects Certificate have not changed as of the date hereof.

RATIFICATION OF PERFECTION CERTIFICATE. Borrower hereby ratifies, confirms and reaffirms, all and singular, that the terms and disclosures contained in a certain Perfection Certificates, each Certificate dated as of February 18January 12, 20102014, each between Borrower and Bank, are, except as modified by written disclosures made set forth in a letter provided by Borrower to Bank through and including as of the date hereof, complete in all material respects and acknowledges, confirms and agrees the disclosures and information above Borrower provided to Bank in each such the Perfection CertificateCertificate has not changed in any material respect, as modified through the date hereof, remains true and correct in all material respects as of the date hereof.
