Common use of Ratification of Terms Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Terms. Except as expressly amended or waived by this First Amendment, the Original Credit Agreement and each and every representation, warranty, covenant, term and condition contained therein is specifically ratified and confirmed in all material respects. The Borrower expressly ratifies and confirms the waiver of jury trial provisions contained in the Original Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
