Common use of Ratification of this Agreement by Government Clause in Contracts

Ratification of this Agreement by Government. 7.1 After the Ratification Committee conducts the vote, publishes the results and reports to the parties under 6.4, and if the results of the vote constitute a ratification of this Agreement by the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations, this Agreement shall be presented by the Yukon Minister responsible for land claim agreements to the Executive Council for approval, and by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to Cabinet for approval.

Ratification of this Agreement by Government. 7.1 After the Ratification Committee conducts the vote, publishes the results and reports submits its report pursuant to the parties under 6.46.3, and if the results of the vote constitute a ratification of this Agreement by the Champagne and Aishihik First NationsTr'xxxxx Hwëch'in, this Agreement shall be presented by the Yukon Minister responsible with responsibility for land claim agreements claims to the Executive Council for approval, ratification and by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to Cabinet for approvalratification, both within three months after receipt of the report of the Ratification Committee or as soon as practical thereafter.
