Common use of Ratification of this Agreement by Government Clause in Contracts

Ratification of this Agreement by Government. 6.1 This Agreement may be presented by the Yukon Minister with responsibility for land claims to the Executive Council for ratification and by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development to Cabinet for ratification, prior to ratification by the Ta'an Kwach'an Council, and if not so presented, shall be so presented within three months after the Ratification Committee submits its report pursuant to 5.4 if the results of the vote constitute a ratification of this Agreement by the Ta'an Kwach'an Council.
