Common use of Ratification of Trust Agreement Clause in Contracts

Ratification of Trust Agreement. As supplemented by this Series 2001-A Trust Supplement, the Master Trust Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Master Trust Agreement as so supplemented by this Series 2001-A Trust Supplement shall be instrument.
