Common use of Ratifications Clause in Contracts

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower and Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, Lenders and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Borrower agrees that this Amendment is not intended to and shall not cause a novation with respect to any or all of the Obligations.

The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsOther Agreements, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions Provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents Other Agreements are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower and each Borrowing Subsidiary and Lender agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsOther Agreements, as amended hereby, shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.

Ratifications. The terms and provisions set forth in this Amendment shall modify and supersede all inconsistent terms and provisions set forth in the Loan Agreement Agreement, and the other Loan Documents, and, except as expressly modified and superseded by this Amendment, the terms and provisions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents are ratified and confirmed and shall continue in full force and effect. Borrower Borrower, Spectrum Integrated Services, Inc. (by its execution below), the Banks and Lender Agent agree that the Loan Agreement and the other Loan DocumentsAgreement, as amended hereby, and the other Loan Documents shall continue to be legal, valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms.
