Common use of Rating of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Rating of the Notes. Xxxxx’x and Standard & Poor’s, respectively, shall have assigned ratings of (i) ”Prime-1” and “A-1+” to the Class A-1 Notes, (ii) ”Aaa” and “AAA” to the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes, (iii) ”A2” and “A” to the Class B Notes and (iv) “Baa3” and “BBB” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes. Xxxxx’x and Standard & Poor’s, respectively, shall have assigned ratings of (i) ”“Prime-1” and “A-1+” to the Class A-1 Notes, (ii) ”“Aaa” and “AAA” to the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes, (iii) ”“A2” and “A” to the Class B Notes and (iv) “Baa3” and “BBB” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes. Xxxxx’x Fitch and Standard & Poor’s, respectively, shall have assigned ratings of (i) ”Prime-1“F1+” and “A-1+” to the Class A-1 Notes, (ii) ”Aaa“AAA” and “AAA” to the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes, (iii) ”A2“A” and “A” to the Class B Notes and (iv) “Baa3BBB+” and “BBB” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes. Xxxxx’x Fitch and Standard & Poor’s, respectively, shall have assigned ratings of (i) ”Prime-1“F-1+” and “A-1+” to the Class A-1 Notes, (ii) ”Aaa“AAA” and “AAA” to the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes, (iii) ”A2“A+” and “AA+” to the Class B Notes and (iv) “Baa3BBB+” and “BBBBBB+” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes. Fitch, Xxxxx’x and Standard & Poor’s, respectively, shall have assigned ratings of (i) “F-1+”, “Prime-1” and “A-1+” to the Class A-1 Notes, Notes and (ii) “AAA”, “Aaa” and “AAA” to the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes, (iii) ”A2” and “A” to the Class B Notes and (iv) “Baa3” and “BBB” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes. Standard & Poor’s shall have assigned a rating of “BBB” to the Class C Notes.

Rating of the Notes.
