The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain an Xxxx Xxxxx rating or a rating from any other “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” (“NRSRO”) as such term is defined in Section 3(a)(62) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”).
