Ratings Information. Upon request by WEST, the Servicer shall provide to WEST such information and data (to the extent the Servicer has possession thereof) about the Assets and other assistance relating to the Assets as WEST and the Servicer shall deem reasonably necessary or appropriate in connection with providing information to the Rating Agencies for WEST’s debt ratings or the ratings of any public securitization debt issued by an Affiliate of WEST.
