Ratings of Commercial Paper Notes. To the extent that any rating provided with respect to a Conduit Purchaser’s Commercial Paper Notes by any rating agency is conditional upon the furnishing of documents or the taking of any other action by the Transferor or the Servicer, then such party, as applicable, shall take all reasonable actions to furnish such documents and take any such other action.
