Ratio of providing ex-servicemen/ civilian Guards. (modified as per GUVNL Circular No.140 dt 11.02.21) The Contractors shall deploy not less than 50% ex-servicemen security staff (i.e. Ex-Indian Army / Navy / Air force / BSF / CISF and other para-military/ police personnel). Rest of the security personnel can be civilian guards. Further, the following shall be obligations on the part of the contractor.
