Ratio of Total Liabilities to Gross Asset Value. Permit the ratio of (i) Total Liabilities of Parent, Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis to (ii) Gross Asset Value of Parent, Borrower and any Subsidiaries determined on a consolidated basis, to exceed 0.650 to 1.00 at any time. This shall be measured quarterly.
