Raw Material Cost Changes. Cerus additionally understands and acknowledges that Fenwal has supply agreements for key plastics used in the Platelet and Plasma Sets, and that such agreements may result in raw materials cost changes, such cost changes to be passed through to Cerus as Purchase Price Variances to the extent provided in Section 4.1(c) of this Agreement.
