RBS MEZZANINE Sample Clauses
RBS MEZZANINE. LIMITED of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as the lead arranger of the facility made available under this Agreement (in such capacity, the "LEAD ARRANGER"). IT IS AGREED as follows:
RBS MEZZANINE. LIMITED of ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ as the Facility Agent (as that term is more particularly defined below); and
RBS MEZZANINE. LIMITED, in its capacity as mezzanine facility agent for the Mezzanine Lenders under the Mezzanine Finance Documents (the "Mezzanine Facility Agent"); and
