Common use of Re-Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Re-Adjustment. Except for re-adjustments of Overage Rent to be made pursuant to subsection 11.2(e), if any such items are not determinable at the Closing, the adjustment shall be made subsequent to the Closing when the charge is determined. Any errors or omissions in computing adjustments at the Closing shall be promptly corrected, provided that the party seeking to correct such error or omission shall have notified the other party of such error or omission on or prior to the date that is 180 days following the Closing Date. The provisions of this Article XI shall survive the Closing.
