Common use of Re-Affirmation of the Master Lease Representations, Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Re-Affirmation of the Master Lease Representations, Warranties and Covenants. Lessee hereby represents, warrants and covenants that its representations, warranties and covenants set forth in the Master Lease (particularly Sections 6.1 and 16 thereof) are true and correct as though made on the date of execution of this Schedule.
