Common use of Re-Designation as General Partner Interest Clause in Contracts

Re-Designation as General Partner Interest. To the extent that a Limited Partner transfers any of its Limited Partner Interest to the General Partner, such Limited Partner Interest shall, automatically and without further action by any Person, be re-designated as a General Partner Interest as of the effective date of such transfer.
