Common use of Re-installation; Repair Clause in Contracts

Re-installation; Repair. If Operator must open the existing Limited Access Fence to place, repair, or maintain Improvements, Operator shall disassemble the Limited Access Fencing and, upon completion of the permitted work, reinstall the Limited Access Fencing in its original location to a uniform profile. All costs associated with placement, repair, or maintenance of the security fencing are the sole responsibility of Operator. All fencing material, with the exception of the posts, may be reused. New posts shall be supplied by Operator. Operator shall replace any fencing material damaged during the removal or reinstallation with new material.
