Common use of RE-LETTING, ETC Clause in Contracts

RE-LETTING, ETC. Whenever the Landlord becomes entitled to re-enter upon the Leased Premises under any provision of this Lease the Landlord in addition to all other rights it may have shall have the right as agent of the Tenant to enter the Leased Premises and re-let them and to receive the rent therefor and as the agent of the Tenant to take possession of any furniture or other property thereon and to sell the same at public or private sale without notice and to apply the proceeds thereof and any rent derived from re-letting the Leased Premises upon account of the rent due and to become due under this Lease and the Tenant shall be liable to the Landlord for the deficiency, if any.
