RE-PURCHASE OF INITIAL TRUST UNITS BY TRUST. Immediately after the Closing, the Trust will repurchase the initial Trust Units from the Trustee, and the Trustee shall sell the initial Trust Units to the Trust for a purchase price of one hundred dollars and, upon the completion of such purchase and sale, the initial Trust Units shall be cancelled and shall no longer be outstanding for any of the purposes of this Indenture.
