Reacquisition or Acquisition Sole Remedy. If a Receivable becomes a Bankruptcy Surrendered Receivable, the sole remedy of the Depositor, the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee is to require the related Originator or the Servicer, as applicable, to reacquire or acquire, respectively, the Bankruptcy Surrendered Receivable under Section 4.6 or 4.7, respectively, of the applicable Receivables Transfer Agreement.
