Common use of Reacquisition Rights Clause in Contracts

Reacquisition Rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary that may be contained elsewhere in this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to reacquire some or all of the Unvested Shares (the “Reacquisition Right”), as follows:
