READINESS FOR CHANGE Sample Clauses
The "Readiness for Change" clause establishes the requirement for parties to assess and confirm their preparedness before implementing any significant modifications or transitions within a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria or steps that must be met—such as completing training, securing resources, or finalizing documentation—prior to initiating the change process. Its core practical function is to ensure that all necessary preparations are in place, thereby minimizing disruption and reducing the risk of failure during the transition.
