Readjustment of Indebtedness. Should proceedings for readjustment of indebtedness, reorganization, bankruptcy, composition or extension under any insolvency law be brought by or against the Company, unless, if brought against the Company, such proceedings are dismissed within sixty (60) days after the filing thereof.

Should proceedings for readjustment of indebtedness, reorganization, bankruptcy, composition or extension under any insolvency law be brought by against Borrower and such proceeding remains unstayed or against undismissed for a period of 60 or more days or an order or decree approving or ordering any of the Company, unless, if brought against the Company, such proceedings are dismissed within sixty (60) days after the filing thereofforegoing shall be entered.
