Common use of Reaffirmation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Reaffirmation Agreement, executed and delivered by each Guarantor and the Administrative Agent.

Reaffirmation Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Reaffirmation Agreementreaffirmation agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, executed and delivered by each Guarantor of the Borrower Parties with respect to its obligations and the Administrative AgentLiens granted by it under the Security Documents.
