Common use of Reaffirmation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation Agreement. Each of the Loan Parties shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent that certain Acknowledgment and Reaffirmation of Loan Documents and Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent (the “Reaffirmation Agreement”).
