Common use of Reaffirmation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation Agreement. Each Loan Party shall have executed and delivered to Administrative Agent a reaffirmation agreement with respect to its applicable Guarantee Agreement and Collateral Documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Xxxxx Fargo (each such agreement, a “Reaffirmation Agreement”).

Reaffirmation Agreement. Each Loan Party shall have executed and delivered to Administrative Agent a reaffirmation agreement with respect to its applicable Guarantee Agreement and Collateral Documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Xxxxx Wxxxx Fargo (each such agreement, a “Reaffirmation Agreement”).

Reaffirmation Agreement. Each of the Loan Party Parties shall have executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a reaffirmation agreement with respect that certain Acknowledgment and Reaffirmation of Loan Documents and Amendment to its applicable Second Amended and Restated Guarantee Agreement and Collateral Documents in form Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and substance reasonably satisfactory to among the Loan Parties and the Administrative Agent and Xxxxx Fargo (each such agreement, a the “Reaffirmation Agreement”).

Each Loan Party shall have executed and delivered to Administrative Agent a reaffirmation agreement with respect to its applicable Guarantee Agreement and Collateral Documents in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent and Xxxxx Fargo (each such agreement, a “Reaffirmation Agreement”).
