Common use of Reaffirmation by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation by Borrower. Except as specifically amended by this Seventh Amendment, the Loan Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. Borrower hereby reaffirms for the benefit of Lender, each and every of the terms and provisions of the Notes and the Loan Agreement, as amended and as originally set forth therein.

Reaffirmation by Borrower. Except as specifically amended by this Seventh Third Amendment, the Loan Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. Borrower hereby reaffirms for the benefit of Lender, each and every of the terms and provisions of the Notes and the Loan Agreement, as amended and as originally set forth therein.

Reaffirmation by Borrower. Except as specifically amended by this Seventh First Amendment, the Loan Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. Borrower hereby reaffirms for the benefit of Lender, Lender each and every of the terms and provisions of the Notes and the Loan Agreement, as amended and as originally set forth thereinagrees to the addition of Note F to the Loan Agreement under the terms of this Amendment.
