Common use of Reaffirmation by Borrower Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation by Borrower. Except as specifically amended by this Third Amendment, the Loan Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. Borrower hereby reaffirms for the benefit of Lender, each and every of the terms and provisions of the Notes and the Loan Agreement, as amended and as originally set forth therein.
