Reaffirmation of Agreement. All terms, conditions and provisions of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement are hereby reaffirmed and incorporated by reference by the Seller as to the Subsequent Mortgage Loans.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. As amended and supplemented by this Amendment, the Agreement remains in full force and effect and is hereby reaffirmed, ratified and confirmed in all respects. From and after the date hereof, all references to the Agreement in any agreement, instrument or document shall be references to the Agreement as amended and supplemented hereby.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Agreement is not amended, modified or affected by this Amendment, and the Agreement and the obligations of the parties thereunder are hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.

Except as amended hereby, the Original Purchase Agreement shall remain unchanged and Purchaser and Seller acknowledge and agree that the Purchase Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, is hereby reaffirmed, ratified and confirmed in its entirety and is in full force and effect. The Original Purchase Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, shall be referred to herein as the “Purchase Agreement.” Capitalized terms not otherwise, as more particularly described in the Original Purchase Agreement.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Other than as set forth in this Addendum, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Except as expressly modified herein, Borrower hereby affirms all representations and warranties set forth in the Loan Agreement again as of this date and warrants and represents that all such representations and warranties are true, accurate and complete in all respects as of this date and that such warranties and representations are hereby deemed applicable to this Second Amendment and that no Event of Default exists under the Loan Agreement or would exist with the passage of time, giving of notice or both.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. This First Amendment shall be deemed a part of the Agreement for all purposes, and the Agreement remains in full force and effect in accordance with its terms and as modified herein.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Except as expressly modified herein, Borrower hereby affirms all representations and warranties set forth in the Existing Financing Arrangements as of this date and warrants and represents that all such representations and warranties are true, accurate and complete in all respects as of this date and that such warranties and representations are hereby deemed applicable to this First Amendment and that no Event of Default exists under the Existing Financing Arrangements or would exist with the passage of time, giving of notice or both.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Seller and Buyer hereby agree that not withstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement, effective as of the date hereof, the Agreement shall be in full force and effect and Seller and Buyer hereby reaffirm the Agreement in accordance with its terms except as amended by this First Amendment.
Reaffirmation of Agreement. Except as expressly amended or modified by this Fifth Amendment, the Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The Parties acknowledge and agree that each Party shall be bound by and obligated to perform its respective obligations under the Agreement, as amended hereby, and that all references to the “Agreement” contained in the Agreement shall mean and include the Agreement, as amended by this Fifth Amendment.
