In addition, the terms of the sections titled Overpayments to Contractor; Contractor’s Commitments, Warranties and Representations; Protection of Confidential and Personal Information; Order of Precedence, Incorporated Documents, Conflict and Conformity; Non-Endorsement and Publicity; Retention of Records; Proprietary or Confidential Information; Disputes and Remedies; and Limitation of Liability shall survive the termination of this Master Agreement.
This Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and except as provided in the section titled Contractor Commitments, Warranties and Representations, understandings, agreements, representations, or warranties not contained in this Contract or a written amendment hereto shall not be binding on either party.
