Common use of REAFFIRMATION OF CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

REAFFIRMATION OF CONTINUING OBLIGATIONS. Nothing in this Release Agreement shall be deemed to affect or relieve the Employee from any continuing obligation contained in any other agreement with the Company or the Company’s rights with respect thereto. The Employee specifically acknowledges and reaffirms his continuing obligations to the Company under Section 5 and Section 7.1 of the Employment Agreement. The Employee further acknowledges that this reaffirmation is material to this Release Agreement, and the Employee acknowledges and agrees that his continuing obligations under Section 5 and Section 7.1 of the Employment Agreement are reasonable and enforceable and that he will not challenge or violate these covenants.
