Common use of Reaffirmation of Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Credit Agreement. Borrower acknowledges and reaffirms its obligations under the Credit Agreement, and Borrower acknowledges and agrees that it has no claims against the Bank, or any offsets or defenses with respect to the payment of any sums due under the Facilities or any Loan Document, or with respect to the enforcement of the Loan Documents.

Reaffirmation of Credit Agreement.
