Common use of Reaffirmation of Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Credit Documents. Any and all of the terms and provisions of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents shall remain in full force and effect as amended and modified hereby. The amendments contemplated hereby shall not limit or impair any Liens securing the Obligations nor limit or impair any guarantees of any Guarantor under the Credit Documents, each of which are hereby ratified, affirmed and extended to secure the Obligations.
