Reaffirmation of Environmental Indemnity Agreement. In connection with the Loan, Owner executed an Environmental Indemnity Agreement in favor of Lender dated July 10, 2006. Owner hereby reaffirms that the terms, covenants, conditions and obligations of the Environmental Indemnity Agreement remain binding upon Owner and are in full force and effect, notwithstanding the modification of the Loan Documents pursuant to this Amendment.
