Reaffirmation of Existing Representations and Warranties. Each representation and warranty of Borrower contained in the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents is true and correct in all material respects (except to the extent that such representations and warranties are qualified by materiality, in which case such representations and warranties are true and correct in all respects) on the date hereof after giving effect to the amendments set forth in Section 1 hereof, except to the extent that such representations and warranties specifically refer to an earlier date, in which case they were true and correct in all material respects (except to the extent that such representations and warranties are qualified by materiality, in which case such representations and warranties were true and correct in all respects) as of such earlier date.
