Common use of Reaffirmation of Existing Security Interests Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Existing Security Interests. Each of the Debtors hereby confirms and agrees that Bank One's security interests in the assets of Zila and the Subsidiaries and all of the collateral previously pledged to Bank One pursuant to the Loan Documents shall continue to secure the payment and performance of all of the Obligations to Bank One.
