Common use of Reaffirmation of Guarantee and Collateral Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Guarantee and Collateral Agreement. The undersigned (the “Guarantor”) each hereby acknowledges and agrees to the amendments of the Credit Agreement contained in this First Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of February 25, 2016 (the “Amendment”), and acknowledges and reaffirms its obligations owing to Agent and the Lenders under that certain Guarantee and Collateral Agreement dated as of April 17, 2015 (the “Guarantee Agreement”) and any of the other Loan Documents to which it is a party, and agrees that such Guarantee and Loan Documents are and shall remain in full force and effect.
