Common use of Reaffirmation of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Guarantee. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that, except as modified hereby, the Guarantee remains unmodified and in full force and effect and enforceable in accordance with its terms.

Reaffirmation of Guarantee. The Guarantor acknowledges hereby unconditionally and agrees that, except irrevocably ratifies and reaffirms its Obligations (as modified hereby, defined in the Guarantee) under the Guarantee remains unmodified and in confirms that the Guarantee and its guarantee of the Obligations thereunder (including its guarantee of any Obligations arising as a result of this Amendment), continues to have full force and effect and enforceable in accordance with its termsat law, notwithstanding this Amendment.

Reaffirmation of Guarantee. Each Guarantor affirms and acknowledges and agrees that, except as modified herebyspecifically amended above, the Guarantee remains unmodified and shall remain in full force and in effect and enforceable in accordance with its termsis hereby ratified and confirmed by such Guarantor.
