Common use of Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Guaranty and Security Documents. The Borrower and each of the other Loan Parties hereby agrees that all of its obligations and liabilities under the Credit Agreement and each Loan Document to which it is a party remain in full force and effect on a continuous basis after giving effect to this Amendment.
