Common use of Reaffirmation of Liens Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Liens. Each of the Credit Parties reaffirms the Liens granted pursuant to the Collateral Documents to the Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, which Liens shall continue in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement and any renewals or extensions thereof and shall continue to secure the Obligations.
