Reaffirmation of Obligations to the Company. You acknowledge and reaffirm that the covenants contained in Sections 8(a) and 11(a) through (e) of the Employment Agreement and in your Proprietary Information, Inventions, and Confidentiality Agreement, and such covenants shall remain in full force and effect. The covenants are incorporated as if fully set forth herein and you reaffirm that the covenants are valid and enforceable and that you continue to be bound by their terms.
