Common use of Reaffirmation of Obligations Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party hereby ratifies the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit Documents.

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party hereby ratifies the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each other Credit Document to which it is a party the Other Documents and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each other Credit Document to which it is a party the Other Documents applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit DocumentsObligations.

Each Credit Party hereby ratifies the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Loan Document to which it is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Loan Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit Loan Documents.

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party hereby ratifies (i) reaffirms all of its obligations owing to the Administrative Agent and Lenders under each Credit Document, and (ii) covenants and agrees that so long as any Commitment is in effect and until payment in full of all Obligations, each Credit Party shall perform, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to perform, all obligations under the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each the other Credit Document to which it is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit Documents.

Each Credit Party hereby ratifies the Credit Agreement, Agreement as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party by this Consent and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, Agreement as so amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit DocumentsObligations.

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party hereby ratifies (i) acknowledges and consents to this Agreement, (ii) affirms all of its obligations under the Credit Documents including, without limitation, any increase to such obligations resulting from the increase in the Aggregate Revolving Commitments under this Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, and each other Credit Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (biii) agrees that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of this Agreement does not reduce or discharge its respective obligations under the Credit Documents.

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party hereby ratifies the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each other Credit Document Documents to which it such Credit Party is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each the other Credit Document to which it is a party Documents applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under Obligations (to the extent specified in the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents).

Reaffirmation of Obligations. Each Credit Party of the Borrower and the Guarantors hereby ratifies the Amended Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each other Credit Document to which it is a party and acknowledges and reaffirms (a) that it is bound by all terms of the Amended Credit Agreement, as amended hereby, Agreement and each other Credit Document to which it is a party applicable to it and (b) that it is responsible for the observance and full performance of its respective obligations under the Credit DocumentsObligations.
