Common use of Reaffirmation of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Prior Agreements. Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Executive is bound by certain confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants set forth in Section 9 of the Employment Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Executive hereby reaffirms the covenants and provisions set forth in Section 9 of the Employment Agreement and acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of Section 9 of the Employment Agreement shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall remain in full force and effect.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Executive hereby reaffirms the covenants and provisions set forth in Section 9 Sections 7 and 8 of the Employment Agreement Letter and acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of Section 9 Sections 7 and 8 of the Employment Agreement Letter shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall remain in full force and effect.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Executive hereby reaffirms the confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants and provisions set forth in Section 9 Sections 7 and 8 of the Employment Agreement Letter and acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of Section 9 Sections 7 and 8 of the Employment Agreement Letter shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall remain in full force and effect.

Reaffirmation of Prior Agreements. The Executive hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Executive is bound by certain confidentiality and non-solicitation covenants set forth in Section 9 of the Employment Confidentiality Agreement. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, the Executive hereby reaffirms the covenants covenants, terms and provisions conditions set forth in Section 9 the Confidentiality Agreement and Sections 5(g), 8 and 23 of the Employment Agreement Agreement, and acknowledges and agrees that each of the provisions of Section 9 Confidentiality Agreement and Sections 5(g), 8 and 23 of the Employment Agreement shall survive the termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and shall remain in full force and effecteffect in accordance with their respective terms.
