Reaffirmation of Rights and Obligations. The Parties reaffirm the rights and obligations of the Countries relating to SPS measures under the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures in Annex 1A to the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh, 15 April 1994, as may be amended.
