Common use of Reaffirmation of Security Agreement Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Security Agreement. Each of the Loan Parties reaffirms the grant of security interests in the Collateral (as defined in the Security Agreement) and the grant of the Liens pursuant to the terms of the Security Agreement to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, which grant of security interest and Liens shall continue in full force and effect during the term of Financing Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, and any renewals or extensions thereof and shall continue to secure the Obligations. The Schedules to the Security Agreement are hereby amended and restated and replaced in their entirety with the Schedules attached as Annex III hereto.
