Common use of Reaffirmation of Security Interests Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmation of Security Interests. The Borrower (a) affirms that each of the Liens granted in or pursuant to the Loan Documents are valid and subsisting and (b) agrees that this Amendment shall in no manner impair or otherwise adversely affect any of the Liens granted by it in or pursuant to the Loan Documents (other than any release of Liens in the School Assets by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2 above).
