Common use of REAL AND LEASED PROPERTY INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

REAL AND LEASED PROPERTY INTERESTS. (a) All the real property which is used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations, including all land, fee interests, easements and other interests of every kind and description in real property, buildings, structures, fixtures, appurtenances, towers and antennae, and other improvements thereon owned by Seller which are used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations ("REAL PROPERTY"), including all of those items listed or described in Schedule 2.1.2. (b) All the real property leasehold interests which are used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations, including leases and subleases of any land, easements, rights of way and other real property leasehold interests of every kind and description in real property, buildings, structures, fixtures, appurtenances, towers and antennae, and other improvements thereon leased by Seller in connection with the business and 2 <PAGE> operations of the Stations ("LEASED PROPERTY"), including all of those items listed or described in Schedule 2.1.

(b) All the real property leasehold interests which are used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations, Station including leases and subleases of any land, easements, rights of way easements and other real property leasehold interests of every kind and description in real property, buildings, structures, fixtures, appurtenances, towers and antennae, and other improvements thereon leased by Seller in connection with the business and 2 <PAGE> operations of the Stations Station ("LEASED PROPERTY"), including all of those items listed or described in Schedule 2.12.1.2.

(b) All the real property leasehold interests which are used or held for use in connection with the business and operations of the Stations, including leases and subleases of any land, easements, rights of way and other real property leasehold interests of every kind and description in real property, buildings, structures, fixtures, appurtenances, towers and antennae, and other improvements thereon leased by Seller in connection with the business and 2 <PAGE> operations of the Stations ("LEASED PROPERTY"), including all of those items listed or described in Schedule 2.12.1.2.
