Real Estate Agent. Landlord and Tenant each represent and warrant to the other that no agents were involved in the negotiation of this Lease except as is disclosed in the Lease Agreement to which this is an exhibit. Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims for commission by individuals, entities or agents claiming entitlement to commission by virtue of its representation of the indemnifying party.
